* INSS is not responsible for content on external sites linked from our website.
3. *Donations*
* All donations are voluntary. Once made, donations are non‐refundable except as provided in our Refund Policy.
* INSS reserves the right to refuse or return a donation (or portion thereof) under specific circumstances (e.g. if the donor’s intent cannot be fulfilled, or for legal/regulatory compliance).
4. *Programme Participation*
* Beneficiaries agree to follow guidelines provided by INSS.
* INSS reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if guidelines are violated, or if safety/risk concerns arise.
5. *Intellectual Property*

Refund Policy*
1. *Applicability*
This refund policy applies to donations and any fee‐based services or events organized by INSS.
2. *Donations*
* Generally, all donations are *non‐refundable* once processed.
* Exception: if INSS is unable to use the donation for the purpose specifically designated by the donor, a refund may be offered or the donation may be reallocated in consultation with the donor.
3. *Fee‐Based Services / Events*
* If event registrations or service fees are collected, refunds may be allowed under the following conditions:
a) Cancellation by INSS: Full refund.
b) Cancellation by participant: Refund less any costs incurred (e.g. administrative costs), if requested before a specified cutoff time ( 7 days before event start).
c) After cutoff time: No refund (unless in exceptional circumstances, case by case).
4. *How to Request a Refund*
* Requests must be made in writing (email) to the designated contact (e.g. [inssindia@gmail.com](mailto:inssindia@gmail.com)), including transaction details, date, donor/participant name, and reason.
* Refunds will be credited within 3-5 working days after verification to the original payment method.
5. *Refusal of Refund*
* Refund may be refused if the request does not meet policy criteria, the donation has already been utilized, or in case of misuse of purpose etc.
6. *Modifications*
* INSS may modify this refund policy from time to time; updated policy will be posted on website.
